Latest update on U.S. Shipping Policy
We want to provide a latest update regarding our U.S. shipping policy in light of ongoing trade tariffs between the United States and China.
Three months ago, we announced temporary slower shipping to the U.S. due to a sharp increase in trade tariffs, reaching up to 145%. A month later, we updated our policy by introducing a price increase and switching exclusively to DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping. This ensured all import costs and customs handling fees were included in the purchase price, relieving U.S. based customers from dealing with customs.
Over the past two months, we have closely monitored actual shipping and tariff costs. Unfortunately, these expenses have exceeded our initial estimates due to rising shipping rates and higher tariff fees. The good news is that we’re simplifying our pricing to improve transparency and make it easier for you to understand.
Updated US Shipping Policy
Effective June 23, 2025: We have removed the 40% price increase for U.S. customers. Instead, we now apply flat-rate shipping fees based on order volume. We continue to ship under DDP terms, so all import-related duties and fees remain included.
Effective July 4, 2025: We’re introducing a lower-cost shipping option using DAP (Delivered At Place) terms. This option excludes tariff-related fees, so customers choosing DAP may need to handle import customs and duties directly.
We will keep monitoring costs closely and may update our shipping policies as necessary to ensure fairness and clarity.
